With your first order to Ranco, we inspect your boiler (furnace) and clean and tune it for FREE (parts requiring replacement will be charged, if necessary). Each succeeding heating season we provide a free check and tune, ensuring that you will not have problems from improper adjustment or clogged ignition parts (the most common causes of service calls in cold weather).

This year, oil is starting out low and is expected to get higher. People should try to pay upfront if they can to avoid higher prices later. Ranco has adjusted its contracts, unlike any other regional supplier, to let customers lock in the price on less than a full season of oil purchases. In other words, you can designate how much, within limitations, you would like to get a guaranteed price on.

This is the best way to guarantee that you will not bear the full brunt of increasing costs this year, or, if prices surprise the pundits and actually drop, you can buy the remaining oil at on-call daily pricing or another plan that will save you money. Ranco also will be providing price protection insurance (optional) and other unique features to help our customers make good choices and be protected this heating season.

Will-Call or Automatic Delivery

Ranco will perform Will-Call oil deliveries, but this puts the burden on the home or business owner to monitor their oil level. If the oil runs dry, we must bleed the system to get it running again, which is a billable service call. We do NOT offer Price Cap to customers using Will-Call Service.

With Automatic Delivery, we guarantee that you will never run out of oil; if we somehow fail to gauge your oil supply correctly we will dispatch a delivery immediately and bleed your system for free. Our scheduling system is so efficient that this rarely occurs.

24/7 Repair Service -- "No Heat" Calls for Gas and Oil Systems

Ranco never sleeps! We have emergency technicians available at all hours to handle your furnace repair or service call on a first-come, first served basis. Most problems are solved within a few hours, some may take up to 24 hours. No-one else can service your oil or gas burner problems faster or better than Ranco! We do not contract our service calls out to questionable service providers; all calls are handled by our Peterson School Certified graduates, so that you can have the same confidence in a late-night Sunday repair that you can have with regularly scheduled maintenance.
